This leadership opportunityarises from a planned and thoughtful transition, as long-time President & CEO Sharon Bucey moves intoa newly created Strategic Advisor role in January 2026. The next President & CEO will have a unique opportunity to build onASC’s momentum, shape the organization’s strategic future, and expand its reach and impact for years tocome.Position OverviewThe President & CEO will be the strategic and operational leader of Adaptive Sports Connection, drivingvision, overseeing programs, managing staff and financials, and serving as the organization’s keyspokesperson and relationship-builder.
