Made Possible.JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented, energetic Plant Director to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Plant leader is responsible for the management of all plant activities related to safety, quality, and productivity. This position is responsible for meeting the needs of the customers, while maximizing operational effectiveness. This position will provide daily direction and leadership to all departments and ensure compliance to all Company policies and procedures. The Plant Director is responsible for monitoring performance, setting expectations, and development of staff.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, and mobilize resources; usually manages two or more direct reports.Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for the area of responsibility.Manage people actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.Progression within roles reflects increased scope, responsibilities, and growth in business and industry experience, process and people leadership capabilities, and broad technical expertise.Provide leadership and direction through subordinate management levels.Manage a function that includes multiple related departments or disciplines.Contribute to long-term strategy development and develop annual business plans to ensure alignment.Direct the resolution of complex problems requiring analysis of situations or data with critical thinking.Apply broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.Establish policies appropriate for the function and interpret/modify company-wide policies as needed.Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.Collaborate with senior leadership to define objectives and assess results from a long-term fluence senior leadership and external representatives on matters of significance to the company.Conduct business and technical briefings for senior/executive leadership and external partners.Position RequirementsThe candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
