No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Rumble will elevate your fitness.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness sales or retail/service sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.An affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareDUTIES:Lead GenerationStrategically engage in marketing efforts to generate leads for the studio including Grass Roots Marketing and networkingLead ManagementFollowing the LASER process in order to convert Leads to MembersNew member acquisition and converting non-members to membershipMembership and Boxer RelationsBuild rapport and lasting relationships all membersRetain existing members and engage with them in a way that generates referralsHandle all Boxer concerns with a solutions-focused attitude in a timely mannerRumble TeamHire and train new Rumble Team MembersManage Rumble scheduleSupervise Rumble Team Performance and Drive ResultsFinancial PerformanceCollaborate with Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily targetsConduct pre-planning on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure financial targets are metOperationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the StudioEnsure all technology is working and submit trouble tickets when necessaryCOMPENSATION& PERKS:This position offers competitive base + bonuses; based on experience & mission paid on salesOpportunity for additional bonus, based on performanceComplimentary Rumble Classes at StudioEmployee Retail DiscountsWe areproud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
