Overview Client Summary: Delivers services to address Health-Related Social Needs (HRSNs) for high-risk individuals with complex unmet medical and social needs. Re-engages members who have become disconnected from primary care and helps guide them back into the healthcare system. Partners with health plans and risk-bearing provider organizations to locate, engage, and care for these populations. Uses in-person, community-based teams to navigate healthcare providers and social service resources. Simultaneously improves member outcomes while reducing avoidable utilization and total cost of care. Position Responsibilities Define and execute the technology strategy, aligning product, data, and infrastructure with operations and financial growth objectives. Partner with operations leaders to embed Data Factory insights into the organization and technology roadmap, ensuring data-driven decision-making drives the business. Lead development, integration, and continuous improvement of the proprietary Salesforce HealthCloud platform, making it a best-in-class solution for member and provider engagement. Oversee MSP and MSSP partnerships to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and enterprise-grade security. Champion the integration of AI/ML, LLMs, and advanced analytics into platforms to enhance care delivery, improve predictive capabilities, and unlock new value for members and providers. Manage data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks that support risk-based contracts and enterprise performance. Drive IT resource allocation, KPI setting, and performance management to ensure scalability and ROI. Establish and enforce best-in-class engineering standards, QA processes, and agile software development methodologies. Develop workflows and tools that enhance efficiency, data quality, and collaboration across the mobile workforce. Mentor, recruit, and scale a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Partner with the CEO, Board, operating team and other executive peers to advance the mission and ensure technology enables business strategy. Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications 10+ years of progressive technology leadership, with at least 5 years in healthcare technology and value-based care. Proven success leading technology in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Expertise in healthcare IT, including EHRs, RCM systems, integrated healthcare solutions, and data platforms. Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and Data Science applications in healthcare technology, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and personalization of care. Passion for operational excellence and enhancing operational workflows via technology solutions. Strong background in web systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications (Salesforce, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory). Experience managing third-party MSP and MSSP vendors, with a track record of ensuring secure and reliable operations. Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and scale technical teams. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-level leaders, teams, and external partners. Strategic thinker with a relentless curiosity and drive to enhance results and enterprise value. Passion for rolling up sleeves and getting stuff done. In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to healthcare IT (e.g., HITRUST, HIPAA). Computer Science degree or equivalent.
