Comprehensive benefits included.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Vice President of Partner Success is a key member of Intuitive Health’s growth leadership team. This role will focus on driving long term value for existing partners via the expansion of the Intuitive relationship. They will build relationships with partner executives and represent Intuitive on the Joint Venture Board of Managers. By understanding the partner’s strategic plan and facilitating the long-term view of the relationship, this team will ensure we bring the totality of Intuitive capabilities together for the benefit of our partner organizations.The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the healthcare provider landscape, strong relationship-building capabilities at the executive level, and a track record of navigating health system governance and decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Drive growth by facilitating the approval of contracted Intuitive sites and achieving key milestones of the long-term partnership plan.Ensure Intuitive is well positioned for renewal and retention of existing partners as joint venture agreements mature.Serve as the primary relationship manager for up to ten (10) partner organizations, including health system executives (CEO, CFO, CSO, etc.) and the Board of Managers.Facilitate the Intuitive Health account team collaboration (implementation, development, operations, etc.) to drive more effective partner engagement.Track market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in target regionsRepresent Intuitive Health at national industry conferences, events, and forumsQualifications10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare partnerships, account management, consulting or strategyDeep understanding of health system strategy and operationsProven experience navigating complex health system governance and decision makingExceptional executive presence and interpersonal skillsStrong financial and strategic analysis skillsTrack record of influencing and collaborating at the C-suite and board levelType: Full Time (Salaried)Job ID: 157976 #J-18808-Ljbffr
