OverviewSmoothie King Seeks Experienced Manager – Drive-Thru Expertise Required!We're inviting highly qualified managers to lead our Smoothie King locations with drive-thru operations!RequirementsPrevious experience running drive-thru restaurant operationsProven track record of success in managing high-volume locationsExcellent leadership and customer service skillsResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, inventory, and staff managementDrive sales growth and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with company standards and policiesEnthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyleUse operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellenceMaintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments, etc.)Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordinglyManage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.)Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as wellOwn and promote brand standards in alignment with company visionEnsure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standardsDrive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standardsDevelop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including initiating community outreach through marketing and special eventsRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs as well as finding new, creative and effective methods of recognitionQualificationsHigh school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service businessBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelExceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with peopleAct with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture, values, and missionAct with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
