They bring the same approach to catering that they believe is the bedrock of the success of their restaurants: an uncompromising commitment to food and beverage quality followed up with world class service.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:Minimum 3 years off-premises catering experience.Strong financial, analytical and organizational skills.Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Total Party Planner, and QuickBooks.Must know and be passionate about food, beer, wine and cocktails…. outstanding palate a must!Experience in budgeting, purchasing, setting sales targets, and wage/salary ternal auditing, loss and breakage, equipment rental and purchasing.Track record of achieving financial results.Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy.Salary Range & BenefitsStarting salary $75k to $85k depending upon experienceVery obtainable quarterly bonus programMedical InsuranceOutstanding company cultureOngoing professional training (catering/industry conferences in Las Vegas and San Francisco)Job CategoryCatering Financial & Operations Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
