This role focuses on startup-focused tools and services within AWS, with high visibility and cross-team collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDrive innovation for startups across AWS by owning and defining the product vision for startup-focused tools and services.Be the voice of the customer: conduct customer research, engaging with startups from universities to unicorns and with leading VC investors across geos.Collaborate with Startups Engineering teams and AWS Service teams to bring ideas to life, communicating clearly at all levels of the company.Measure business impact by diving into metrics and customer inputs; balance speed with thoughtful prioritization and tradeoffs.Coordinate across internal and external teams, including customers, investor partners, software vendors, and operational stakeholders; craft PRFAQs to define new product capabilities.Engage in a variety of daily activities, including interacting with customers and stakeholders, validating feedback, iterating on product decisions with AWS Service teams and ACE Engineering, and exploring growth strategies and market trends.QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree10+ years of technical product or program management experienceExperience in technical product management, program management or engineeringExperience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholdersProven leadership with prioritization, clear communication, and cross-functional influenceExperience owning feature delivery and evaluating product tradeoffsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalentAbout AWS and TeamAmazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
