RWE Clean Energy, LLCTo start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: Project ManagementRemuneration: ExemptThe Senior Manager, Project Executionrole will oversee the estimating, planning, and execution of projects assigned, taking ultimate responsibility for the key deliverables on each project. Plan and assign work responsibilities to direct reports, manage people, monitor, and report on deliverables. Work cross-functionally amongst the DCE group and the company as a whole to achieve individual and group goals. Be a creative problem solver who collaborates to meet objectives. An expert communicator who can motivate a team to accomplish common goals.Role ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor, and control all assigned projects' scope, budget, and scheduleSupervise direct reports as a manager in both project and business contextsTravel as needed to meet departmental goalsDelegate responsibility amongst direct reports, monitor and progress reportResponsibility for overall deliverables as designated by the supervisorCollaborate cross-functionally through various departments to complete tasks assignedReview and approve EPC and subcontract language for all projects to ensure scope captures all aspects of the project’s requirements to protect the companyRemain abreast of IRA and other pertinent financial requirements and integrate requirements into EPC or subcontract documentsMaintain an expert level knowledge of project delivery means methods and techniques in order to direct the work of othersRetain working knowledge of all forms of agreement for off takers including Power Purchase Agreements, shared savings, Energy Performance Contract and Tolling agreementsReview and interpret reports from Project and Construction managers and provide analysis and recommendation on appropriate pathCreative problem-solving ability within a team settingOversee Residential Business Workmanship warranty and production claimsNegotiate with subcontractors or EPCs as appropriateJob Requirements and ExperiencesA minimum oftwelve (12) years of direct experience in Solar and Battery Storage project delivery, being involved with the project planning, construction, commissioning, and operationMinimum of Three (3)years of experience managing teams of Project and Construction ManagersStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationshipsDetail-oriented engineer with an eye for the big pictureDemonstrated expertise in the renewable space, desire to learn about the CompanyExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and TeamsStrong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlinesStrong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverablesAbility to multitask, while working independently and as part of a teamMotivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgroundsResponds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachableIs detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business conceptsProven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgroundsPay range:The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois or New York is $134,000 - $180,000. The listed salary range represents our good-faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
