Based in Texas, we serve data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, and other large-scale power users with systems engineered for safety, uptime, and long-term value.Our LDUPS technology (Long Duration Uninterruptible Power Supply) is purpose-built to deliver 10+ hours of uninterrupted power, absorb fluctuations, and operate in parallel with generators—eliminating downtime in the most demanding environments. We’re a fast-moving, innovation-focused team committed to reshaping the way energy infrastructure supports the grid.At TerraFlow, we’re not just building batteries—we’re building what’s next.About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Project Execution to lead the implementation of Terraflow Energy’s large-scale energy infrastructure projects. This role will focus on EPC execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of utility-scale energy projects from engineering through commissioning.Lead cross-disciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and construction engineers.Manage relationships with EPC contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.Develop and enforce project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and QA/QC protocols.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.Qualifications:12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles within EPC or infrastructure project delivery.Deep understanding of renewable energy systems, grid integration, and construction management.Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with external partners and stakeholders.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy projects with a focus on AI and optimization.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities in a fast-growing sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
