OverviewPosition OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will oversee multi-campus operations, driving growth, culture, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead campus executives and ensure alignment with our mission, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with proven experience in operations management, senior leadership, and business development.
