That's why we have been working hard to expand our team and invent, so that we can continue to bring the magic of Skylight to millions of loved ones throughout the world.The Special Projects Sr Manager, Supply Chain Operations role will lead the day-to-day execution of high-impact Operations initiatives with a strong focus on scaling our internal capabilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing operations and building infrastructure that supports rapid growth across global retail and D2C channels. You will be responsible for managing special cross-functional projects that improve order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management. You will work closely with Finance, Product, CX, and Marketing teams to align operations strategy for developing scalable tools and addressing reporting needs, and uncover insights to streamline workflows across the organization.
