We are growing and seeking an experienced leader to inspire teams and deliver impactful results!We are seeking a strategic Director of Operations to lead core operational teams, oversee key systems and processes, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong payments experience and technical aptitude with the ability to partner effectively with product and development teams to support scalable growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and develop operational teams including internal systems and CRM, customer support, deployment, project coordination, IT, and analyticsManage backend workflows and processor relationships with TSYS, Fiserv, and other key platformsCollaborate with product and development teams to define business requirements, resolve issues, and improve platform functionalityDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiencySet operational goals and strategies aligned with company growth objectives and drive execution across teamsUse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automationOversee vendor relationships tied to operations, support, CRM, and IT infrastructureFoster strong cross-functional collaboration and communication across internal departmentsQUALIFICATIONS:Deep understanding of payment processing systems, workflows, and industry best practicesDirect experience with TSYS and Fiserv backend systems requiredProven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and team performanceStrong expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing complex operational workflows and business processesDemonstrated success leading and mentoring cross-functional teams including operations, IT, support, and project managementExperience driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives within fast-paced organizationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teamsTechnical aptitude to engage with system integrations, data flows, and platform troubleshooting alongside product and development teamsFamiliarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and operational tooling to support workflow automation and reportingSALARY:This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $163,725 - $199,725LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.WHY WORK HERE?Awarded Top Workplace of Orange County by the OC Register three years in a row!Flex PTO!New state-of-the-art, open-concept facility with stand-up desks, balance boards, stationary bikes, and more!Work hard, play hard culture!Monthly Beer Socials and BBQs!Proven "promote from within" mentality!Benefit offerings:Medical, dental, vision, acupuncture, and chiropractic401k Safe Harbor; 100% employer match processed semi-monthly, up to 4%Profit Sharing; paid on a quarterly basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
