DIRECTOR, AR OPS TRANSITION REMOTE 100% TRAVELFull-time7+ to 10 years experienceThis role involves overseeing the consolidation, integration, and transition of client operations (business offices) into our model. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of A/R Management (billing, follow-up, cash posting, customer service, vendor management) during client consolidations, conducting assessments, and analyzing gaps between current and target states including processes, staffing, metrics, and technology. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Transitions and collaborates with the transition and operations teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAlign operations to meet performance metrics and SLAs for new clients.Manage process changes related to performance, staffing, and employee relations during transitions.Provide operational direction and coordinate issues with HR and Legal.Oversee billing, collections, and reimbursement ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.Identify and resolve operational problems, maintaining detailed knowledge of functions.Transition from transition management to operational teams in the absence of new client engagements.Support hospital leadership and coordinate meetings for implementation and feedback.Ensure new process implementations align with client policies and are communicated effectively.Prioritize and complete transition projects within set timeframes, proactively communicating delays.Make recommendations based on gap analysis and performance data.Participate in assessing benefits and preparing financial models for client transitions.Financial Responsibility: Varies by location/assignmentSupervisory ResponsibilitiesManage hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations for the team, including TMT Managers and varying AR Managers depending on client needs and location.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAdvanced understanding of compliance regulations and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.Expertise in hospital operations related to revenue cycle management.Deep knowledge of healthcare A/R, collections, insurance, and government programs.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and large teams.Ability to develop strategic and tactical plans and financial models.Education / Experience4-year degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration or equivalent; 7-10 years of experience in healthcare financial operations or call centers.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCertified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.Other100% travel required (excluding weekends/holidays surrounding national holidays).Experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management and Acute Care Collections preferred.All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
