In this role you will report to the Contracts Manager. If you want to help public agencies, non-profits, and companies get their data right, we look forward to hearing from you.What You Will DoServe as the key person for subcontracts management and contractual performance for one of Amida's largest customers.Manage the performance of the project and its subcontractors/vendors against contractual obligations, including monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) support, and dispute resolution.Attend programmatic calls, representing Amida as Key Personnel on one project. This work is billable to the contract and is estimated to be around 25% of the work you will perform on the projectOverall, the Subcontracts Manager will review, draft and revise subcontract documentation the other 75% of time. They will be responsible for negotiating favorable terms and conditions, monitor performance, and ensure contractual compliance with each subcontractor. They will need to issue and modify contractual flow-downs and government regulation changes.Collaborate across functional areas such as Project Management, Accounting and IT to streamline Amida's subcontract processes including onboarding and offboarding of subcontractorsAssist with audits, such as those focusing on federal and state compliance requirementsOther duties as assignedRequired EducationBachelor's degree in business administration or related fieldThe ability to pass a Public Trust-level clearanceRequired ExperienceTen (10) years of experience managing large service projects and contracts, preferably for Federal and state agenciesSignificant experience with stakeholder engagement with a focus on customer experienceExperience auditing contractual processesRequired SkillsStrong attention to detailSuperior oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective multitaskerAble to shift priorities and maintain commitment to complete assigned tasksDeep understanding of legal contractual languagePreferredThorough knowledge of North Carolina state regulations, FAR and DFARSExperience with GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and GWACsSuccess at AmidaCommunication is the key to success at Amida.
