The COO translates vision, mission, and strategy into operational tactics. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO plays a key role in strategic planning, setting agency goals and direction, and ensuring alignment with Valle's mission and vision. In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, management teams, and general staff, this position acts as a facilitator, planner,developer, communicator, and change agent to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Valle initiatives.Salary: $225,000 and upMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 7-10 years' experience in a health care setting, preferably an FQHC.Bachelor's degree required.MSN, MPH, MHA, or MBA preferred.Candidate ConsiderationsThis is a full-time, in-person, exempt position requiring significant time and effort.
