Overview POSITION: General Manager (Store Manager), Woodbury Outlet REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager, Creed Boutiques East LOCATION: New York, NY FLSA: Exempt Welcome to Kering Beauté – Established in 2023, Kering Beauté aims to create value for the Group and its Houses. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the Creed Boutique and lead by example to ensure goals are met while delivering best-in-class customer service internally and externally. Lead a high performing, customer service–oriented team. Coach and provide feedback to ensure the full Customer Experience aligns with brand strategies. Set performance targets and drive store productivity and profitability (e.g., conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUS and customer data capture) using selling tools such as Shopify and HubSpot. Plan store schedule in accordance with peak business hours to meet customer traffic with the right staffing levels. Demonstrate knowledge of the luxury retail market and current trends. Stay informed of advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions and communicate this to the team. Embrace brand messages and cascade company communications to all team members. Continue to build business through out-of-store networking and in-store events. Ensure boutique is adequately stocked, cleaned, and properly merchandised. Enforce loss prevention and shortage control procedures and maintain all safety standards. Recruitment, selection and onboarding of store staff. Develop a strong bench of managers for future leadership positions. Core Requirements Minimum 3 yrs. sales and management experience in the luxury sector; beauty or fragrance a plus! Exhibits strong leadership skills with ability to coach, develop and inspire team Exceptional client service/customer experience approach and mentality Excellent listener with business acumen skills and strong interpersonal relationships Able to coordinate and attend regular trainings and stay current on product knowledge Strong presentation, communication and organization skills with high attention to detail Ability to analyze the business and identify new functional growth opportunities Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and is technically savvy Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change Always maintain shop floor standards, including taking proactive measures Willing to take on new challenges/opportunities as they arise Physical ability to move about the store, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and carrying up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr
