This position provides the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily to create a supportive and meaningful community!COMPENSATION & PERKS:This position offers a very competitive base rateCommission and monthly bonus opportunities if sales goals achievedTraining and advancement opportunitiesComplimentary Pure Barre Membership while employedEmployee Retail DiscountsDUTIES:Lead generation including attending GrassRoots Marketing and networking eventsImplement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesAssist with studio retail salesManage memberships in studio CRM PlatformEnsure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by Sales Associate teamAdjust foundations scheduling as needed if more Sales Associate support is neededStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioReview all SOPs from Corporate Sales teamCommunicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates monthly and as neededOperational Duties – 30%Supervise studio staff and manage staff scheduleMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresAny other duties as assigned by studio ownerREQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepresentativesAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail salesPrevious management or supervisory experience requiredAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public*This is a full-time position.
