Everyone is valuable, and every contribution counts!Job SummaryAs a leader, you will embody our passion by ensuring the delivery of high standards of quality and service, maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and a positive environment, all while representing the brand with a smile.ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop teams through effective recruitment, hiring, and performance management strategies.Coach, develop, and motivate team members following Capriotti’s training standards to encourage growth and retention.Prepare and manage team schedules focusing on operational excellence, cost control, guest satisfaction, and team morale.Model standards and uphold the culture of delivering captivating service to guests.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food preparation standards.Oversee product preparation according to Capriotti’s specifications to ensure quality and presentation.Maintain recipe integrity to provide a consistent guest experience.Manage cash flow, bank deposits, budgets, and financial transactions related to the shop.Encourage a sales-oriented environment through suggestive selling and counter service focus.Implement effective purchasing, inventory, receiving, and waste management procedures.Participate in and promote brand-wide and local marketing initiatives, including local shop marketing efforts.Use strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with team members, guests, vendors, and others.Create a trusting environment within the shop.Demonstrate emotional resilience and adaptability under pressure and changing priorities.Analyze data and results to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.QualificationsSkills and Knowledge:Service orientation — proactive in helping others.Time management — capable of multitasking and staying focused during busy periods; able to organize and prioritize puter proficiency — experience with POS systems, email, spreadsheets, and other software.Physical Requirements:Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 100°F.Ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.Can lift up to 50 lbs. for short distances.Can balance and move with weights up to 25 lbs. over distances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
