General Manager

What you'll doThe General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits. This is primarily accomplished through staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction. What we expect from you Knowledge Wendy's operating systems and procedures. Wendy's policies and procedures. P&L analysis and corrective measures. Supervisory practices. Planning and budgeting. Interviewing practices. Training and development practices. Education College degree or equivalent experience in operations. Experience 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry. Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions. Other Physical Requirements Standing for long periods without a break. Meeting requirements of all subordinate positions. Valid driver's license. Travel to multiple stores as needed. Physical inspections of all restaurant areas. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Moving and inspecting supplies. Working in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).
