Student Success Partner

OverviewLocation: Woods Cross, UT and Spanish Fork, UTJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a Student Success Partner to join our team and serve as a key resource for student success. This role is designed to ensure that students feel supported, guided, and on track throughout their program. The Student Success Partner acts as a bridge between students, instructors, and leadership - providing encouragement, accountability, and direction so every student has the opportunity to reach their goals.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for students who need guidance, encouragement, or additional resources.Attend and participate in every student orientation, helping establish a welcoming and supportive environment.Conduct regular check-ins, interviews, and meetings with students to track progress and address challenges.Coordinate check rides, stage checks, and other progress milestones.Facilitate “gate meetings” as needed to ensure accountability while maintaining a supportive and student-focused approach.Collaborate closely with instructors and staff to ensure alignment on student progress and success strategies.Identify students at risk of falling behind and proactively provide support and solutions.Act as an advocate for students—encouraging, motivating, and guiding them through their journey.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with students.Experience in counseling, advising, education, training, or student services highly preferred.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Ability to balance support with accountability.A student-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.Show professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive matters.RequirementsMinimum of 2-yr college degree or 4 years of student resource work in higher educationMust have Flight School operation experience, with full knowledge of 141 operationsPreference to applicants holding PPL through CFI certificatesWilling to travel to both campuses (Woods Cross and Spanish Fork)Able to pass background check and drug testWhy Join Us?This is more than a support role - it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the student experience.
