With a legacy of service and expertise, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, trust, and long-term relationships.We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of our Mesa branch.What You’ll DoAs Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations—balancing efficiency, safety, and leadership to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly. You’ll:Lead day-to-day operations including loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.Supervise and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring accuracy and productivity.Manage physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reporting.Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations.Review work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports to keep processes running seamlessly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support team growth.Partner with regional leadership to streamline and improve operations.What You Bring3–5 years of experience leading large warehouse operationsStrong leadership and organizational skills with proven team management experienceKnowledge of inventory control, warehouse reporting, and compliance standardsExcellent communication skills and customer service orientationProficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft OfficeForklift experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWhy You’ll Love Working With UsAt SouthernCarlson, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
