Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.Position: Taco Bell Restaurant General ManagerThe Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the TEAM who establishes the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.Key Responsibilities:Finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing training plans for new hires.Scheduling and deploying the team effectively.Addressing performance issues.Assisting in resolving customer issues.Managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED; college or university degree preferred.2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.Basic personal computer literacy.Must be at least 21 years old.Must pass background check and drug test.Reliable transportation.Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform grounds maintenance.Additional Responsibilities:• Oversee restaurant operations and team building to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.• Conduct employee hiring, training, and development.• Manage scheduling, performance issues, customer resolutions, and financial planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
