General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our Charger Water Treatment branch in Fort Worth, TX. Your responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. If you are a leader and want to make a career in the water treatment industry we'd like to meet you!ResponsibilitiesDirecting and coordinating all sales activities for the branch.Manage and coordinate activities of personnel involved in performing internal operations in department, plant, or branch store.Develop work schedules and assign duties to operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch.Hire, lead, develop, review, train, and manage branch employees and promote a positive work environment with emphasis on employee morale to achieve high productivity.Consult with Human Resources regarding personnel questions and staffing needs.Reviews accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices.Oversee day-to-day operationsMaintain budgets and optimize expensesSet policies and processesOversee recruitment and training of new employeesEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDirect the employee assessment processPrepare monthly reports for upper managementProvide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive roleExperience in planning and budgetingWater treatment knowledgeBi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Excellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsProblem-solving aptitudeProficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies$85-100,000 + commissionOpportunities for Education and TrainingComprehensive Benefits Package including Medical with HSA card, Dental, vision, Long and Short Term Disability, 401K with company matching, and Life Insurance.Our goal is to engage strong, focused individuals.
