Overview Physician – Vascular Neurology at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. The Neurology Department at this main campus is seeking a fellowship-trained stroke physician for a busy comprehensive stroke center. There are teaching opportunities with the neurology residency and medical school, and an institutional commitment to developing a vascular neurology fellowship.
