From routine check-ups and preventive care to labor and delivery, your role will directly impact the health and wellness of women and their families. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment while continually developing their expertise.ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine check-ups, preventive care, labor and delivery, and management of pregnancy.Provide care before, during, and after pregnancy; manage menopause-related care; and perform/interpret diagnostic tests as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure high-quality outcomes.Demonstrate leadership abilities and maintain excellent patient service and communication skills.Adapt to a busy practice while maintaining professional standards and patient safety.QualificationsCurrent California Medical licenseGraduate from an accredited Medical SchoolGraduate from an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency programGraduate from an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Fellowship programOne to Three (1-3) years of OB/GYN Labor and Delivery experience preferredBoard certified or board eligible from The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABO+G)Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirementsStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; conflict resolution abilitiesIndependent performer with professional integrityBenefitsCompetitive salary with strong earning potentialShareholder opportunity after 2 years, with enhanced benefitsFull medical, dental and vision coverage (100% premium paid for shareholders)Up to 267 PTO hours (vacation, sick, CME, holidays)Retirement plan with 3% Safe HarborCME allowance: yearlyDisability & Life Insurance: group-paidShort-Term Disability: covered for shareholdersCell phone stipendLicense & DEA fees covered #J-18808-Ljbffr
