Psychiatrist - Hybrid Role

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, to clients with a wide range of mental health disorders. The psychiatrist will work collaboratively with our team of psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients in an in-patient setting.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Prescribe and manage medication as necessary.Provide psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and other collaborative efforts.Stay current with developments in child and adolescent psychiatry and participate in continuing education activities.QualificationsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical pleted in Psychiatry.Valid medical license to practice in Texas.Valid DEA license in Texas.Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of child and adolescent mental health disorders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary mitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with prehensive benefits package including health, dental vision, and life insurance.Employer paid health insurance that is effective day one of employment.Retirement plan with employer contribution.Unlimited paid time off.Relocation AssistanceSupportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Athra Systems/Crosstown Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
