This role goes beyond prescribing—lead, innovate, and elevate care in a calm, patient-centered setting that prioritizes comfort and results.The role focuses on providing mental health care using medications, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and ketamine therapy, with an emphasis on meaningful, evidence-based treatment.ResponsibilitiesConduct initial patient evaluations, taking detailed medical histories and assessing symptoms and prior treatmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans for new and established patients, including non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS) and ketamine infusionsPrescribe and manage medications for mental health conditionsOffer deep TMS and Ketamine infusion therapy onsite in a team with specialized expertiseProvide support, comfort, and safety to every patientEngage in research to advance knowledge about mental health conditions and treatmentsWhat You NeedBoard certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and NeurologyLicensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state of the clinic locationUnencumbered DEA / clean criminal backgroundMust be a United States citizen or hold a Green CardKnowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods and psychopharmacologyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEmpathy and compassion for patientsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy You’ll Love Working at SerenityCompetitive pay: $300,000 salary with incentive compensation, with potential to reach $500,000 annuallyExtensive benefits: 90% coverage for medical, dental, and vision401(k) plan20 PTO days and 10 major holidays offOutpatient clinic with no Teladoc appointments8:1 staff-to-physician ratio in outpatient clinicFlexible schedule, 4–5 days per weekNo on-call responsibilitiesAbout SerenityUsing advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare provides patients with long-term success when other treatments have failed.
