Medical Director - Neonatology

Location - Carrollton, GA 30117Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone to help manage our medical practice. You will work closely with the hospital administration and the team responsible for regional management.ResponsibilitiesProvide care in a busy Level-III NICU (10 beds; ~1,000 babies born each year).Collaborate with hospital administration and regional management teams.Help other doctors grow in their skills and take on leadership roles in the hospital and the community.Full-time schedule: one week on, then one week off; on-call from home; provide full-time support to Nurse Practitioners.QualificationsMust be Board Certified in Pediatrics.Must be Board Eligible (if working toward certification within five years after fellowship) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.Must have a Georgia medical license or be willing to obtain one.Must have completed a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine before starting.Malpractice and licensing history should be clean (highly preferred).You will need to get a DEA number before starting your role.Certification RequirementsMust be Board Certified.Must be Board Eligible.State License RequirementsYou need to have a license to practice in Georgia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
