OverviewAdult Primary Care Physician Federal Way – Virginia Mason Franciscan HealthJoin Virginia Mason Franciscan Health as an Adult Primary Care Physician at our Federal Way regional medical center in Washington. This opportunity is for a .8 – 1.0 FTE physician in a collaborative, multidisciplinary primary care team that values work/life balance and patient-centered care.ResponsibilitiesProvide patient-centered primary care within a team-based setting.Be part of a pod within the larger primary care team, typically including 2–3 physicians, 1 ARNP or PA, and MA/RN support, with coverage when providers are out of the office.Collaborate with embedded pharmacists, social workers, psychiatry providers, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.Participate in a schedule that offers flexibility to accommodate individual needs.Access referral options to 30+ medical specialties within Virginia Mason when appropriate.Engage in teaching opportunities, including precepting medical students and residents, and utilize mentorship programs for new providers.Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, guided by the Virginia Mason Production System.Participate in a compensation model that incentivizes quality care.QualificationsBE/BC in internal medicine or family medicine.Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington.Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority for the mitment to safety, quality of care, and adapting to thoughtful pensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $314,000 – $345,000 per year (prior to any applicable benefits).
