2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsAs the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing guidance around the clinical aspects of the program and is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives for nursing homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinical practices.Essential FunctionsThis is a part-time role (about 10-20 hours/week)You will support a team of managers and Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and alignment with clinical guidelines and evidenceYou will work collaboratively with leadership teams to build partnerships, enroll providers to participate in initiatives, standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goalsRequirementsCurrent unrestricted clinical license to practice medicinePost-graduate experience in direct clinical patient care3+ years experience working with quality improvement initiativesAdvanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as the Model for Improvement, PDSA cycles, and RCAStrong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to supervise, coach, and support a geographically distributed team.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to monitor performance and inform decision-makingFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and CMS quality measuresPreferred Skills/Experience:Proven ability to manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and produce detailed written reports.Experience in translating complex data into actionable insights and meaningful narratives for multidisciplinary teams, including clinical and non-clinical mitment to SafetyAs part of our commitment to health and safety, some roles may require additional health protocols (i.e. personal protective equipment or vaccination).Who We Are:Telligen is one of the most respected population health management organizations in the country.
