OverviewThe Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stanford University and the Fertility and Reproductive Health Service (FRHS) seeks a reproductive endocrinologist physician-investigator to join the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). The faculty position is at open rank (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) in the University Medical Line. Faculty rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Candidates should have an MD or DO and be REI board certified or eligible in OB/GYN and REI. They must have a demonstrated ability to conduct clinical and/or translational research in the area Reproductive Medicine, Assisted Reproduction, or LGBTQ+ Health.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a research program that is highly collaborative within the Department and the larger Stanford Community.Participate in all clinical activities of the division, including office visits, ART procedures, and reproductive surgery.Demonstrate excellent clinical acumen and surgical skills.Teach medical students, residents, and fellows and serve as a research mentor for OB/GYN residents and REI fellows.Participate in the REI division's ACGME-accredited fellowship program.About SFRMThe Stanford Fertility and Reproductive Medicine (SFRM) team includes leading embryologists, reproductive endocrinologists, reproductive geneticists, urologists, nurses, and technicians. SFRM offers a full spectrum of assisted reproductive technology and programs including Oncofertility, Q+ Family Building, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Endometrial Health, full-service Urology, and Reproductive Genetics. Fertility services are part of the Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services, with a seamless transition from fertility care to obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric care. SFRM is housed in a state-of-the-art facility with ample parking and modern exam rooms and hours.QualificationsMD or DO; REI board certified or eligible in OB/GYN and REI.Evidence of clinical and/or translational research in Reproductive Medicine, Assisted Reproduction, or LGBTQ+ Health.Ability to contribute to teaching and mentoring pensation and BenefitsSalary Range: The expected base pay range for this position is: Assistant Professor $305,000 – $329,000; Associate Professor $370,000 – $388,000; Professor $411,000 – $443,000. This base pay reflects rank and years in rank and does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from departmental incentives.
