By providing accessible neurologic care, our communities can benefit from better management of care, earlier interventions, more consistent follow-ups, and better overall health outcomes.Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of neurology. This is primarily an out-patient position with limited in-patient consultation.Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed a neurology residency program and must be board certified/eligible in neurology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser, WV, is a twenty-five bed, critical access medical facility employing over two hundred area residents and extending privilege to approximately 50 physicians. Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD, was recently named one of the top 20 rural and community hospitals in the country by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA).Keyser and Oakland are situated in quiet mountain settings offering four-season climates.
