Eligible applicants should be able to provide comprehensive primary care, including gender-specific care (e.g. Women's Health). Outstanding working conditions allow for a satisfying career with a high quality of life along with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including malpractice insurance.Our Primary Care Physician (PCP) functions as a team provider in a shared workflow with a multidisciplinary Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT - a medical home model), or as a float or gap provider assigned to provide comprehensive, collaborative same-day and continuity care to an assigned panel of Veterans as well as to patients outside the assigned panel when Veteran care indicates a need for such. Medical care is delivered in accordance with current clinical practice guidelines with attention to prevention via the utilization of evidence-based clinical decision-making tools. In addition to the provision of high-quality medical care, PACT Physicians demonstrate excellence in customer service via compassionate and informed interpersonal relationships with veterans, family members and staff.Salary Range: $240,000-$285,000Work Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00-4:30pm No Weekends!Candidates must: 1) be a US citizen) 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state and 3) board certification in family or internal CENTIVES: Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) offers up to $200,000 over 5-years, tax-free and/or Recruitment Incentive with minimum 3-year service obligation.
