The pay range shown reflects factors such as knowledge/skills, experience, education/certifications/licensure, and organizational factors, and may include incentive payments. A comprehensive faculty benefits package is also provided.Pay Range: $246,544 – $381,019 total cash compensationQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForA Medical Degree from an accredited institutionBoard Certification in Clinical/Medical Genetics (ABMGG or equivalent)Active California medical license (or eligibility)A minimum of 5 years’ experience in adult clinical genetics, preferably in an academic medical centerDemonstrated leadership and program development experienceA strong record of excellence in clinical care, education, and researchEligibility for faculty appointment at Cedars-SinaiLEAN or other quality/continuous improvement training or certification, or demonstrated experience in quality/continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
