As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. Geode is hiring experienced Psychiatrist along with Residents for future start dates. We offer after hours urgent support to give you a lifestyle you deserve, too.Hybrid work scheduleMost of our Outpatient Psychiatrists work three days a week onsite and two days telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. It is reasonable to expect you will do more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days.Our model is working. Our providers use a measurement-based care approach, which allows them to track outcomes through data to inform their plan of care, so they can strive to provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care.
