You’ll be a healer, a listener, an advocate, and a teammate, someone your patients remember not only for your expertise, but for how deeply you valued them.What You’ll Actually DoPerform comprehensive health histories, physical exams, and in-office procedures for patients of all agesFormulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and communicate them clearly to patientsPrescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, per regulationsOrder, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostics in a timely mannerCoordinate care with specialists, case management, and allied health professionals; supervise PAs and NPs as neededDocument encounters in the EMR, participate in quality improvement, and respond promptly to patient inquiriesWho You Are (a.k.a.
