This position is perfect for someone passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to lead a high-performing team! What We Offer Immediate Ownership Being Offered: Opportunity to transition into practice Ownership, with a clear path for professional and financial growth. High Patient Volume: The office sees a healthy number of new patients monthly, allowing you to quickly build a loyal patient base and grow your practice. FFS Patients: Work in a well-established practice with a robust patient base consisting of a cash / PPO payor mix ensuring steady and rewarding income. Specialized Equipment: Benefit from state-of-the-art technology and fully digital practice, including CEREC Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across various general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments. Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required.
