This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a physician who is committed to advancing integrated psychiatric care and supporting a high-performing clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in patient careLead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical professionalsEnsure regulatory compliance, including Title 36, detox protocols, and involuntary holdsParticipate in the development and oversight of individualized treatment plansProvide direct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing careParticipate in on-call coverage (phone-based only)Foster a positive, team-oriented culture grounded in quality and compassionStay current through CME and professional development opportunitiesQualificationsMD or DO with board certification or eligibility in PsychiatryActive DEA licenseMinimum 2 years of post-residency clinical practice3+ years of leadership or medical director experience preferredStrong understanding of Title 36, medical detox, and involuntary psychiatric careExceptional communication, team leadership, and decision-making skillsPassion for recovery-focused, trauma-informed careBase Salary: $255,537 – $309,200/year (based on experience)Phone-based On-Call Stipend + Phone StipendComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCME Allowance and Paid Time Off for CMERelocation Assistance Package AvailableRobust PTO, 401(k), and additional perksLeadership development and professional growth opportunitiesWhy Join Us?Our facility is dedicated to serving individuals facing behavioral health and substance use challenges.
