Overview Physician / Family Practice opportunity in Lemont, IL. Duly Health and Care is offering a full-time, outpatient Family Medicine position with the option for locum or permanent placement. This is a 36-hour workweek with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule and Saturdays 8 AM–12 PM. The team consists of 3 experienced physicians with a 1:1 medical assistant ratio to support efficient patient care. Onsite central nurse triage helps you prioritize patients with minimal administrative distractions. Responsibilities Provide outpatient Family Medicine care with no inpatient responsibilities. Collaborate with a small, focused team to deliver high-quality patient care. Utilize EPIC EMR to streamline workflow and efficiency. Manage a flexible schedule with the potential for a 4-day work week and remote call management among physician staff. Participate in a remote call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks, fully remote). Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. New graduates welcome; open to physicians seeking growth and development. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and provide patient-centered care. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually, with potential RVU bonuses. Relocation and sign-on bonuses; financial support for transition. Partnership potential: Fast-track to partnership/shared ownership in two years.
