The fellowship is paid, offering health benefits, 401K match, and competitive compensation.Minimum Fellowship CriteriaWork a minimum of 3 shifts per week in observation units.Attend utilization management and observation meetings.Create dashboards, monitor metrics, and conduct diagnosis-specific chart reviews.Develop and modify condition-specific protocols and guidelines.Participate in quality assurance projects and attend at least one national observation section meeting.Design and initiate at least one research project, submit abstracts, and aim for publication.Deliver lectures on observation medicine, coordinate resident electives, and attend conferences.Read key scholarly articles in observation medicine.Schedule and ResponsibilitiesFellows will work approximately 36 clinical hours per week and attend administrative meetings.
