Primary Care Physician - ANY STATE LICENSEWe are seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician's to provide comprehensive primary care services to Veterans at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. The physician will work within an integrated healthcare team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care while complying with VA standards and federal contracting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full-spectrum primary care services to assigned Veteran patients, including preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care.Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and manage conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and mental health professionals.Document patient encounters in the VA’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) in compliance with federal guidelines.Maintain continuity of care by participating in quality improvement programs and follow-up initiatives.Required QualificationsBoard Certification in Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine.Unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.DEA registration and ability to prescribe ply with all background investigations and security clearances required by the VA.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).Preferred QualificationsPrior experience providing care within the VA or other federal healthcare systems.Familiarity with military or Veteran populations.Strong skills in patient education and preventive medicine.Malpractice insurance, travel and lodging are paid for by Si2 Healthcare.Opportunity to serve and impact the Veteran community.Flexible scheduling (negotiable based on contract).How to ApplySubmit your CV.
