This essential position offers an established practice (4 days/week) with an immediate patient load of 35 daily.LocationLocated at the southern tip of the Puget Sound, Olympia, Washington, is a vibrant and family-friendly capital city that perfectly balances small-town charm with big-city amenities. Just an hour from Seattle and two from Portland, Olympia offers easy access to urban centers while maintaining its own unique appeal. The city/'s arts scene, diverse dining options, and commitment to sustainability create a welcoming community with ample outdoor opportunities.ResponsibilitiesProvide dermatology care as part of an established, physician-owned and physician-led practice.Practice four days per week with an immediate patient load of 35 daily.Deliver comprehensive dermatology services across general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and support a busy clinical research division.Collaborate with peers in a hybrid practice model that blends private practice and academic elements.Engage in teaching opportunities with ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, with potential academic appointments at the University of Washington.Participate in monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and use a HIPAA-compliant app for sharing clinical cases.QualificationsBoard-certified or board-eligible dermatologist (BC/BE).Ability to work in a physician-owned, physician-led practice with academic collaboration opportunities.Benefits & CompensationHighly competitive compensation structure with potential for bonuses and industry-leading commission tiers.Sign-on bonus.PPO, HSA & FSA options.401(k) with match.Paid life insurance.Eight holidays observed annually and personal days.Equity, Inclusion, and DiversityFrontier Dermatology (FD) is committed to Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity.
