Family Medicine Physician – Santa Rosa, Petaluma & Sebastopol, CA The Value of Working with Us Optimal requirement of 1 year of experience beyond residency training Must be Board Certified Outpatient care only Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year Team-based care model Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
