Position Overview We are partnering with WellSpan Health to hire two Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Otolaryngologists to join an established, collegial ENT practice in York, PA. This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a nationally recognized, fully integrated health system with Epic EMR across all sites. Key Highlights Join a thriving team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs with strong audiology support (5 audiologists). Enjoy a full-scope ENT practice with flexibility to develop your own subspecialty interests. New graduates welcome—receive mentorship from experienced partners. Hospital coverage at York Hospital (579-bed teaching hospital and Level I trauma center). Facial trauma not required. Robust referral network of 2,500+ employed providers. Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance with reasonable call. Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology. Active or eligible for Pennsylvania medical license. Strong commitment to quality patient care, collaboration, and innovation.
