Overview Bright Now! Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Endodontist who is passionate about transforming smiles and delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers full clinical autonomy with support from an experienced and collaborative team. The position provides flexibility to expand your schedule or maintain a balanced work-life setup. Location: Moreno Valley, CA. Schedule Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am–6 pm (preferably 1st Wednesday and 3rd Tuesday of the month). Responsibilities Bright Now! Dental, an affiliate of Smile Brands, delivers full-service dentistry at high-volume practices. Endodontists enjoy a competitive production-based compensation plan, with average earnings ranging from $7K to $10K+ per day. Benefits Consistent patient referrals: 2–5 average monthly referrals (based on the office) Schedule: 2 days per month (open to discussion; 1st Wednesday & 3rd Tuesday) Earning potential: Production-based compensation Professional growth: Access to a robust, fully-funded CE program Visa sponsorship: Available if needed Veteran-friendly: Military veterans welcomed Qualifications What We Need From You Clinically Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required Endodontic Specialty Certificate Your Role as Endodontist You will provide a wide range of endodontic procedures for patients and support the dental team at each practice visited. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their endodontic needs and you will not manage day-to-day operations of running a practice. Compensation Compensation is based on a percentage of daily production.
