This full-time, regular/at-will position is an integral part of our healthcare network that serves the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. As an RN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supervising department operations and staff to ensure office efficiency and optimal workflow. You will perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters and work closely with department leadership to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff. PIH Health is a nonprofit, fully integrated network that includes hospitals, outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical group, and home healthcare services. This position offers a competitive salary range of $84,302.40 to $139,110.40 annually, reflecting the junior management level of the role.
