ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.About The RoleThe Medical Director plays a pivotal role in executing on the clinical operations of our healthcare services, ensuring that patient care is delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position is responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry. The Medical Director will collaborate with various stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to enhance member outcomes and optimize resource utilization. Additionally, this role involves analyzing clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately driving strategic initiatives that support the organization's mission.
