Located between the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, NorthBay Health offers the perfect setting for healthy, active living.NorthBay Health Heart and Vascular is the only comprehensive location for advanced cardiovascular services in Solano County. Equipped with the latest technology and evidence-based care, our cardiologists specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Our comprehensive cardiology services and specialty heart care includes the region’s first accredited Chest Pain (Heart Attack) Center , the only cardiothoracic surgery program in Solano County and our Heart Failure Clinic.Our expert teams include interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons and highly specialized cardiac nurses and technologists. We perform many cardiac procedures using non-surgical interventional techniques and minimally invasive surgery, which can mean less pain, smaller incisions and a faster, easier recovery for patients.At NorthBay Health, our vision is to be the trusted healthcare partner of choice. We are committed to providing accessible, high-quality care and ensuring that every patient and family feels valued, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.Position OverviewSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMResponsibilities: Focus on outpatient and inpatient non-invasive cardiology careDaily Patient Census: Manage a consistent load of patientsEquipment : Access to advanced diagnostic tools, including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and stress testing labsTeam Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)Key Responsibilities:Diagnostic testing: Echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, stress testing (exercise and pharmacologic)Interpretation of advanced imaging studies, including cardiac MRI and CT angiographyManagement of patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and arrhythmiasCollaborative patient care: Work closely with interventional and electrophysiology teams for coordinated careOutpatient clinic: Management of preoperative and postoperative cardiac careInpatient rounds: Focused on non-invasive patient care and diagnosticsQualifications:Education: MD or DO degreeCertification: Board-certified in Cardiovascular DiseaseLicensure: Valid medical license to practice in CaliforniaExpertise in non-invasive cardiovascular diagnosticsStrong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentCompensation and perks:Total Compensation Range: $650,000 - $680,000Income GuaranteeSign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidatesA positive work-life balanceCollaborative and energized clinical teamsAt NorthBay Health, we are guided by our values: Nurturing Care; Own It; Respect; Build Trust; and Hardwire Excellence.
