Clinical Psychiatrist

Overview We are QuantiMind, an early-stage healthtech startup building an AI analytics platform that quantifies recovery for patients with cognitive disorders through natural language processing and data visualization. Our mission is to turn patient talk into measurable outcomes for value-based mental health care. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid/Remote possible) We are looking for a psychiatrist to join our founding team as a clinical partner / co-founder. What You’ll Do Provide psychiatric expertise to guide product design and ensure clinical validity. Define outcome measures, behavioral markers, and recovery metrics. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to calibrate speech and cognitive analytics. Advise on compliance, ethics, HIPAA, and clinical research standards. Lead and support clinical studies that validate the platform’s effectiveness in psychiatry and mental health care. Optionally co-author research publications and contribute to grant/IRB submissions. What We’re Looking For Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) with active U.S. license. Clinical experience (outpatient, telepsychiatry, or research). Interest in digital health, AI, and measurable mental health outcomes. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Passion for innovation in psychiatry and value-based care. Nice to Have Experience running or participating in clinical studies or clinical trials. Familiarity with HIPAA, IRB processes, or academic collaborations. Prior exposure to healthtech, digital therapeutics, or data-driven care models.
